step 1: contact us
step 2: proposal
I will create a comprehensive proposal and email it to you within 2 business days of your request.
Step 3: Contract/Deposit
Once you accept our proposal, we will send you a contract and invoice. With your contract for one of our semi-custom designs, a $150 retainer is due. A $250 retainer is due, with your contract, for a custom design.
Step 4: Design/Approval
The design process begins. If you have chosen a semi-custom design, you will receive your proofs within 2-3 business days. A custom design will take approximately 2 weeks. Proofs will be sent via email for your approval. Please make sure to review the proofs and submit any revisions.
Step 5: production
It is time to take the proof and Put It On Paper. Once your balance is received your order will be submitted for printing. Printing takes about 7 - 14 business days and is dependent on the printing method that was chosen.
Step 6: Congratulations
You have received your printed items and you are all set for your amazing event. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day!
