how do i place an order?
do you design custom invitations and other stationery?
Yes. We would love to create a custom design for you. Please contact us for details about this process or complete our custom design questionnaire for a comprehensive proposal. We can also customize any of our semi-custom invitation suites and stationery with your choice of ink color, paper/stock, and print method.
do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples of each invitation design are available for purchase. The sample will look as it appears in the product images or what is currently in stock. Please note that ink color customizations are not available for samples.
what printing methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of printing methods: digital, digital white, digital metallic, thermography, letterpress and foil stamping. Additional options may be available based upon the design chosen. Please review our print methods guide for a description of each.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY INVITATIONS/STATIONERY?
If you purchase one of our semi-custom invitation designs, the complete process takes about 10 - 14 business days. This timeline depends on how quickly your approve your proofs. For our custom design service, we ask that you allow 4 - 6 weeks for the entire process.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROOFING PROCESS?
Your order includes three rounds of digital proofs. You will receive the first round of proofs within two business days. Each proof, after the initial three rounds, is $20 for each additional proof.
CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Your custom/semi-custom stationery order can be cancelled if your proofs have not been emailed to you. If proofs have been emailed, you will forfeit your retainer, due to time spent creating your custom proofs. Custom printed stationery is not refundable, due to items being created on a per order basis.
